Chief Executive Officer
Jean Gardy LORCY is a prominent Haitian professional and actual CEO of Stratcom Global Development in USA, dedicated to conduct projects development in Africa, Central America and Caribbean region. He is also the CEO of Stratcom Haiti since 2014, a company specializing in strategic communication and consulting. Beyond his role at Stratcom, Lorcy has made significant contributions to Haiti's cultural and media landscape. He previously served as the General Director of Le National, a key Haitian newspaper founded in 2015, which remains a vital platform for journalism in the country. Lorcy is also recognized for his involvement in cultural heritage initiatives, working on programs to preserve and promote Haiti's rich cultural history through education and awareness campaigns.

Joseph Ronald DAUTRUCHE, Ph.D

Research and Education Manager
Joseph Ronald Dautruche is an expert in sociology, anthropology, history, and management with a Ph.D. from Université Laval. He is the founder of Espace d’inclusion Canada, an organization promoting the integration of immigrants and visible minorities. Joseph collaborates with renowned institutions like UNESCO, the EU, and Concern Worldwide, contributing to the design and evaluation of global development projects.

Kesler BIEN-AIME, Ph.D

Africa Partnership Manager
Kesler Bien-Aimé, PhD, a socio-ethnologist and teacher-researcher at the State University of Haiti, holds a doctorate in ethnology and heritage from Laval University. He specializes in cultural governance and heritage in postcolonial contexts. Dr. Bien-Aimé is also a photographer, UNESCO Culture program specialist, and a researcher at LADIREP. His leadership roles include National Coordinator for the International Fund for Cultural Diversity (Haiti), President of the Festival du Souvenir (2024), and former Director General of the International Committee for the Promotion of Creole and Literacy.

Jean Evalcin Odney, Master’s in Sociology, is a professional with over 15 years of experience specializing in programming, project development, and logical framework design. He has contributed to research projects focused on social intervention, planning, and social marketing. Additionally, he has expertise in logistics, negotiation psychology in crisis and conflict situations, as well as multifocal communication. He also has experience in article publication and audiovisual production.

Kenel Cadet has over 10 years of experience in agricultural and livestock development in Haiti, having held various technical and management roles in USAID-funded projects, including Feed the Future WINNER, REFERANS, Chanje Lavi Plantè, and other donor initiatives. Currently serving as a Program Manager, he oversees multiple projects with an annual budget of $5 million and manages the Neighborhood Approach to Build Resilience and Repair Shelters (NABuRRS) Initiative, funded by USAID/Washington.

Hunter PRUETT, Ph.D

Hunter Pruett recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. In addition to his technical expertise, Hunter spent two years doing volunteer work in the New England area. His volunteer work included teaching English and offering general assistance to immigrants from all over the world including Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Congo, Angola, Togo, Benin, Morroco, Sudan, and Haiti. Hunter is currently employed by the Air Force Research Laboratory in Dayton, Ohio.

Cernio PIERRE, Ph.D Candidate

Program Officer, Haiti
Agronomist with a strong experiences in project management, Cernio Pierre coordinated the "Programme d'Innovations Technologiques en Agriculture et Agroforesterie (PITAG)" activities at AVSI, directed by the Haitian Ministry of Agriculture and financed by the IDB and IFAD - implemented in the South Department, focused on resilient agricultural production and agroforestry. He also coordinated MEAL activities in the south region of Haiti for Save The Children International and Catholic Relief Services (CRS). He works as Deputy Program Manager for AVSI Foundation.

Judicaël Fomekong LONTCHI, Ph.D Candidate

Project Manager, Africa
Judicaël Fomekong Lontchi is currently a PhD student at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah. His research focuses on studying the evolution of dragonflies and damselflies. He is also interested in understanding the diversity of insects in tropical regions with a focus on Cameroon, his home country, and advocates for a better inclusion of invertebrates in conservation policies.

Collins ZAMOR

MEL Manager
Collins ZAMOR, an Agricultural Engineer from the State University of Haiti, has worked in rural development since 2006. He has served as an agricultural project coordinator and, since 2012, as a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist for IDB-funded projects at the Ministry of Agriculture. Collins has enhanced his skills through various training in project management, evaluation, and procurement. He is known for his professionalism, teamwork, and strong sense of responsibility.

Marie MAKUATE, Ph.D Candidate

Program Officer, Africa
Marie Makuate is a Ph.D. candidate and researcher in Geomatics at Cameroon’s Ministry of Scientific Research and Innovation, specializing in using computer science for environmental management through GIS. She founded Geospatial Girls and Kids to promote geospatial fields for girls and children in Africa. Previously, she was a Senior Manager in Disaster Services and Training at HOT (Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team) and a GIS consultant for UNECA and WRI. Passionate about climate change, disaster management, and geo-AI, she uses remote sensing and GIS to solve environmental issues. A TechWomen 2022 fellow, she advocates for sustainable development and inclusive tech communities.

Raoul VITAL, Ms

Climate Change Advisor
Raoul Vital has a Master's degree in Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication with a specialization in Local Government Management. He has over 15 years of professional experience in environmental communication, climate change and communication for development, supporting local authorities in developing climate plans, advocacy, producing training and awareness materials, capacity building and training in human rights and the environment. He has over 10 years of experience in project management and monitoring and international negotiations.

Braden DAYTON

Braden Dayton gained hands-on experience at IBC Advanced Technologies, working with advanced materials and CAD to prepare projects for corporate buyers. After a year of university, he completed a two-year voluntary service mission in Boston, MA, where he learned the importance of having a personal "why." This experience, along with two summers of door-to-door sales, helped him develop strong sales and communication skills.

Saskia Michel, the founder of The Wealthfare Movement Consulting, is a woman-owned, immigrant Black-owned business based in Jacksonville, Florida. With over 20 years of experience in banking, accounting, finance, legal, and administration, she is also a certified Dave Ramsey Financial Coach and holds a business management degree. Fluent in French, Haitian Creole, English, and basic Spanish, she specializes in financial literacy workshops, personalized coaching, business strategy development, and bookkeeping support. Through workshops, coaching, and community empowerment, Saskia helps individuals and businesses overcome financial challenges, achieve their goals, and build long-term prosperity.

Craig PALSSON, Ph.D

Craig Palsson is an Associate Professor of Economics at Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. He holds a BS from Brigham Young University and a PhD from Yale University, where he was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow. His dissertation was a finalist for awards from the Economic History Association and the Society for Institutional and Organizational Economics. Previously an Assistant Professor at the Naval Postgraduate School, Craig's research focuses on economic history and development, particularly examining how institutions like property rights and state capacity evolve in developing countries, with a special emphasis on Haiti.

Ancy Louis, MSM, is a seasoned Content Creator and Community Engagement Educator with over 18 years of experience working in state agencies, local government, and non-profit organizations in Palm Beach County, Florida. He has held roles as a Career Consultant, Job Developer, and Civic Engagement Community Leader, specializing in voter education. Ancy also has a background in broadcast journalism, having worked as a Reporter and Anchor for Radio Vision 2000 in Haiti and WPBR 1340 AM in Florida. With expertise in tourism reporting, he covered events globally, including the First World Eco Tourism Summit in Quebec, Canada. He holds a Master’s in Science of Management with a concentration in Leadership from Kaplan University, a Bachelor’s in General Management, and certificates from Harvard X. Ancy has published articles and videos on tourism, education, and civic engagement.

Ms. Victor is an experienced and dedicated professional with over 15 years of expertise in office administration, reporting, analysis, and procurement, primarily within USAID, USAID-funded projects, and NGOs. She has worked across diverse sectors including agriculture, agribusiness, health, gender and women empowerment, governance, and community building. With a strong background in communications and public relations, Ms. Victor is a skilled writer for both business and NGO sectors. She excels in vendor liaison, project management, logistics, and event coordination, while also building networks of professional service providers. Passionate about youth development and gender equality, she is committed to advancing women’s empowerment and creating economic opportunities for sustainable community growth.

Carter CHARLES, Ph.D

Dr. Carter Charles is a pluridisciplinary scholar with a dominant in history and sociology of religion, and is fluent in French, English, and Haitian Creole, conversational in Spanish, and reads Portuguese. Trained at Université Bordeaux Montaigne (France), his doctorate (2013) is in American Studies. Between 2006 and 2024, he was a civil servant of the French Ministry of Education and Higher Education from which he took a leave in 2018 to work as an Assistant Professor of Church History and Doctrine at Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah. He transferred to the Department of French and Italian in 2022 to teach French history, culture and literature, as well as Haitian Creole. He is drawn to lasting empowerment of the vulnerable.

Philome Robert is journalist, lawyer, essayist and novelist. A former reporter for Radio Vision 2000 in Port-au-Prince and RFI in Paris, he has been the presenter of the weekend morning show on France 24 since 2008. A graduate of the Faculty of Law in Port-au-Prince, the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and Sciences Po in Paris, Philome Robert is the author of Exil au crépuscule, (co- published by RFI) published in April 2011 and co-author of Haïti réinventer l’avenir (coll.) published in early 2011 jointly by the Maison des sciences de l’homme and the Université d’État d’Haïti. Philome Robert is a volunteer activist at the Bureau des Droits Humains en Haïti.
